Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a Gayifiers membership and what happens when you do. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. How to cancel

Email us at info@gayifiers.com from the address on your membership and say that you want to cancel. That is the whole process.

There is currently no cancel button inside Gayifiers. We are telling you this plainly rather than letting you hunt for one that does not exist. Email is the way, a person handles it, and we will confirm back to you.

Please include the email address your membership is under. If you paid with a different address from the one you sign in with, mention both.

2. When we action it

We action cancellation requests manually. We aim to confirm within two business days.

If your renewal date is close, say so in your email and we will prioritise it. If a renewal charges you while your request is in our inbox, that is on us — see the Refund Policy, section 5.

3. What happens to your access

Cancelling stops the next annual renewal. It does not cut off what you have already paid for.

Your membership stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and then does not renew. You keep full access for that whole remaining period.

4. What happens to your account

Cancelling your membership does not delete your account. You keep your account, your saved spots, your reviews and your G Points, and you go back to the free level of access.

If you want your account and personal data deleted as well, say so — that is a separate request, handled under the Privacy Policy, section 8.

5. Restarting

You can buy a membership again at any time from the Membership page. Restarting begins a new annual term at the price current at that time.

6. If we end a membership

We may end a membership if an account breaks our Terms. If that happens we will tell you, and the Refund Policy, section 6, covers where that leaves the money.

7. Automatic renewal, stated plainly

Gayifiers membership is an annual subscription that renews automatically each year until it is cancelled. The renewal is charged to the payment method you used, in the same currency, at the price current at renewal. If we change the price, we will tell you by email before it applies to you.
