These terms govern your use of Gayifiers, operated by Uncle Tullio Ltd ("we", "us"), including the websites gayifiers.com and map.gayifiers.com and the Gayifiers mobile app (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, buying a membership, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Gayifiers
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. The Service contains information about adult venues and nightlife and is not intended for minors.
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account.
2. What Gayifiers is
Gayifiers is a travel and local discovery platform for LGBTQ+ venues. It provides venue listings, maps, locations, photos, travel guides, member reviews and community features across the cities we cover.
We are an information service, not a venue operator. We do not own, run, endorse, inspect or vet any venue listed on Gayifiers, and we receive no share of anything you spend there.
3. Accuracy, and the limits of it
Venue information on Gayifiers comes from a mix of our own research, publicly available sources, and contributions and reviews from members. Venues open, close, move, change their hours, change their door policy and change their character β often without notice, and often without telling us.
So: we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current or complete. Opening hours, prices, addresses, facilities, crowd, and whether a place still exists at all may be wrong or out of date.
Reviews and ratings are the personal opinions of the members who wrote them. They are not our statements and we do not verify them.
4. Your safety is your own decision
You decide where to go. Please use your own judgement, especially where a listing describes a public or semi-public location, a venue with an adult character, or a place in a jurisdiction where local law or local attitudes may create risk for you.
Laws differ by country. Some places listed on Gayifiers are in jurisdictions where certain conduct, or being visibly LGBTQ+, carries legal or personal risk. Information appearing on Gayifiers is not encouragement to do anything unlawful, and it is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you are.
We are not liable for what happens to you at, on the way to, or as a result of visiting any venue or location listed on the Service.
5. Membership
Membership is sold as a single annual plan covering every city on the Service. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; we display it in your local currency where we support it.
Membership renews automatically each year until cancelled. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
What membership unlocks is described on the Membership page. We may add, change or remove individual features over time β the Service is actively developed β but we will not remove the core of what membership is for, which is full access to venue information and maps across the cities we cover.
Free accounts get a limited preview of the same content.
6. Member content
If you post a review, photo, check-in, venue submission or other content, you keep ownership of it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and distribute it as part of the Service.
You confirm that content you post is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Do not post: anything false or defamatory; anyone's personal information without their consent; content that identifies or outs another person; sexual content involving minors; anything unlawful; commercial spam.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Because this Service concerns a community where being identified can carry real consequences, we treat content that exposes another person's identity as a serious violation.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute Gayifiers content; do not share your account; do not attempt to bypass the membership paywall; do not attack, probe or overload the Service.
Member-only venue information β in particular exact locations of non-commercial spots β is provided for your personal use. Republishing it defeats the point of the Service and harms the places involved.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for a breach, we are not obliged to refund the remaining period, but we will consider it β see the Refund Policy.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To cancel a paid membership, see the Cancellation Policy.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
