Zac is cute and very attentive to details. He is a great conversationalist and we had a great chat. Very friendly and sincere guy. The front desk is probably the owner, even though he is polite, my first impression was that he was not very friendly compared to other similar front desk guys in other spas (who are much younger and cuter). It was a very good experience.
