The clientele was diverse, consisting of local Malaysians, young Europeans, Indians, Indonesians, and a notable number of Chinese visitors.
A portion of the patrons had well-defined or muscular physiques, though many tended to be more reserved rather than highly active.

Guests commonly arrived around 6 PM, which was considered the peak time.

Getting to OTOT2 is very convenient. You can take the KL MONORAIL LINE to Chow Kit station and then walk about 600 meters following the navigation. Alternatively, you can take a taxi directly to the Sani Hotel, which is approximately 100 meters away from OTOT2.
