The basement opens only after 7 PM on weekends and holidays. It draws a middle-aged Chinese crowd, with a larger presence of bears and otters, though weekends bring noticeably more young people. Saunas in KL tend to close relatively early; peak hours are around 5–7 PM. Kakiku is known for a more open, join-in-anytime atmosphere, especially in the basement at weekends — a good option if you like small-group play.
