The gym equipment is somewhat outdated, but the main clientele are men aged 25–40 — the highest ratio of young and fit guys in Taipei. Most people wear underwear inside. The steam room is the main cruising spot. Peak hours: Saturdays and Sundays 3–6 PM, Fridays 5–10 PM. During summer with sunny weather, the crowd tends to arrive earlier. Rooftop terrace available for nude sunbathing.
